Expedited freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Actual freight charges added on all orders under $3,000.
Residential, lift gate and inside delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is not available, that item will be automatically back ordered and shipped when available unless specified by the customer prior to shipment.
Gift contents and packaging may vary from catalog and website photos.
Customer Set Up
Wholesale customers need to provide a resale certificate to be exempt from sales tax.
All shortages and shipment damages must be reported to Mille Lacs Customer Service within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of merchandise.All original shipping cartons, packaging and damaged merchandise must be retained.
All Damage Claims require digital photographs of actual damage.
Damage claims made on product that has been discarded prior to making claim will not be honored.
Customer may be asked to hold damaged merchandise for pick up.
Deductions from invoice payments will not be allowed without prior approval. Be sure to count your merchandise and sign the receipt/packing list provided by your Delivery Driver.
Returns of any food items will not be accepted and cannot be restocked in our warehouse.
Shipment of Temperature Sensitive Products
Pasteurized process cheese and shelf stable gifts must be kept below 70°F during shipping.
During warm weather months, insulated coolers with ice packs will be used to keep products safe and at ideal temperatures. Charges for ice packs and coolers are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges include $1.00 per ice pack and $7.00 per cooler.
Customers requesting shipment without coolers and ice packs will take full responsibility for damage due to warm weather.
LTL shipments requiring a refrigerated carrier will be charged an additional $100 freight fee to help offset refrigerated freight charges.
Customers requesting LTL shipments without refrigeration during warm weather months will take full responsibility for damages due to warm weather.

Advise if the sample will be needed for visual or tasting.
Catalog list price and freight may be charged if more than 3 samples are ordered of any one item.
